Terms of Service:


 

Bookings and billing:

All bookings require an advance deposit of 50% of the value of the booked time.

Deposits must be received at least two weeks prior to the booking date in order to confirm and secure requested dates and fee schedules.

For single day (or nonconsecutive day) bookings, the balance will be due at the conclusion of the day's session.

For bookings with consecutive (or block) days, the balance will be due at the conclusion of the last day's session.

For ongoing projects, the balance for work performed during any calendar month will be due on the 27th day of the same month provided that there is work remaining to be completed for the project and that there are additional, confirmed dates booked. If there are no future dates booked, then the balance will be due at the conclusion of the last day's session.

Master recordings and media will be released to the client once all balances have been paid in full.

Cancellations:

Clients may cancel a confirmed booking without penalty as long as they provide at least seven days notice of such cancellation.

For cancellations with five to seven days notice, there will be a penalty of 10% of the total amount of the booked time.

For cancellations with three to four days notice, there will be a penalty of 15% of the total amount of the booked time.

For cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice, there will be a penalty of 20% of the total amount of the booked time.

For cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice, there will be a penalty of 40% of the total amount of the booked time.

Delinquent payments:

Not submitting a payment on time (in accordance with any of the above terms or any other prearranged date) will now result in a late fee being charged in accordance with the following, concurrent criteria:

If full payment is made within 15 days after the original due date, an additional late fee of 10% of the amount due (or $75, whichever is greater) will be charged to the client.

Thereafter, an additional fee of 12% of the balance due shall be charged for each 30-day period that a balance
